My Health Sport

In collaboration with Azur Sport Santé and the Regional Health Agency, we carried out a regional mapping of sport and health offers for the South Region. Since the modernization of our health system, the attending physician can prescribe physical activity for people with a long-term condition.

This online tool in the form of a mapping allows both the doctor and the patient to locate suitable offers and providers to come and be referenced via a personalized account. With many search criteria, this tool allows you to fine-tune the search. The design of the site with acid colors and accompanied by illustrations gives a resolutely positive tone to the process.
